In memory of . . .

In memory of our beloved founder, CEO and family head, Johnny Pertuit, an entrepreneur and WWII veteran. After working in the industry for many years, Johnny realized there was no heavy-duty clothing available for industrial workers. Thus began WeldWear® and the Lapco and Rasco protective clothing lines. Working with those two manufacturer’s, WeldWear® initiated revolutionary changes in the apparel for industry, which now are commonplace. He was a visionary and is sadly missed by business associates and family.
